TradeCraft is a job management app for UK tradespeople. It stores quotes, jobs, invoices, clients, and vehicle records locally on your device. Data does not leave your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.
All business data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your private iCloud container — only accessible to you. We have no access to iCloud-synced data.
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. To request deletion of any server-side data, email privacy@haloaiservices.com.
Data is retained on your device until you delete the app or the data manually. Anonymous analytics are retained for up to 24 months.
TradeCraft is intended for adults aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
